Old management was horrible. Lived here for three years and hated the front office and maintenance. So glad they have new management and new maintenance. Robin the new manager is so awesome and Tim the head maintenance guy he is a blessing he make sure he gets the job done and any concerns he make sure there taking care of!

Paying by card was so convenient now we’re being charged an arm & leg with a fee. Also, Elizabeth is gone? She was such a sweetheart I wonder what happened after the sudden change of management. Hmmm...

Worst living experience ever. Place is a RIP off. Very noisy, dangerous residents, cops call every other day firetrucks a police cars. Front office doesnt do anything unless its threatening you with fines. They switch to new management company who is awful from the start. Ver corrupt place

We have lived here since June 2018 and we absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful and friendly. The grounds are well maintained. The area is very safe. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The residents are very nice and respectful. I would encourage anyone to live here! Keep up the great work Pacific Bay Club!
