Rancho Ladera

My family and I recently moved in. Everything from the first phone call up to signing our lease, everyone was very welcoming and very nice. I put in our first order and maintenance was on it right away! Thank you Armando for a great job! Everything was done within a timely manner.

I have only lived here for a short time & love it! The office staff were amazingly helpful when I was applying & made my move smooth. I had a minor maintenance request & that was taken care of right away. The grounds are well kept & everyone is friendly. I love it here & would highly recommend living here.

I visited rancho ladera and loved the community! the property is very clean and staff in the office was very informative when I went to tour, I ended up staying with a family member so I cancelled my application, but I felt so welcomed I will re-apply in the future. Thank you guys for all the information

I have lived here for quite some time, enjoy the view of the property, I feel it is well kept and staff is always friendly. I also noticed from neighbors that fixes are addressed in a timely matter too which is great to know! Highly recommend.
