First time in they stock casing profiles that know one else has. Everyone that I dealt with was really friendly and helpful.

I have had there windows for going on 2 years. And there instalation was good, but if you have any issues with these windows good luck. Only takes a week for them to even call someone back so you can start the run around process. So much for customer service.

The last of the great places for good quality trims in Kansas city. They can make anything you want including historical profiles

I have been going there for many years. Never knew there return policy. Check that before you buy anything. Will never be there customer again. 25% re stock fee. Pshhh

They had all the specialty trim I needed to complete the last of our renovation projects. Very helpful and courteous staff.
