If you want healthcare coverage, avoid PacificSource. They will likely deny every claim you send them, regardless of how much documentation you send over to them. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.
TERRIBLE Oregon based Health Insurance company. Covid-19 hit and they offer ZERO relief for unemployed customers. I will not be using Pacific Source next time I need health insurance. Definitely going to look for a company that supports their customers instead of screw them for greed.
