Packhaul

I have to say that I was more than pleasantly surprised with how awesome my experience using PackHaul went. I just moved from NY to the South Bay Area of California, and had shipped my possessions using Uhaul Ubox. Since I was just shipping boxes/bins/electronics, no furniture, this was the best option. I found them from the MovingHelp site that is in connection with Uhaul. I contracted them to pick up my pod, bring it to the storage place close to where I'm staying in Palo Alto, move the stuff into the unit, then take the pod back to Uhaul. Shawn and Francisco were great! They called ahead of time to let me know they would be a few mins late because the Uhaul place was running behind. Now, grant it, when they arrived with my pod, it was the wrong pod! It was actually a mix up on Uhaul's end! So we drove down, gave them back the box, took the correct box, and brought it back to be unpacked. The guys were excellent, did not take too long, and didn't charge me extra for the extra time spent dealing with Uhaul's mistake! I know I'll be moving my stuff out of the unit at some point once I find a suitable apartment, and will definitely be hiring this crew again!
