Pactimo

They were good about replacing bibs that wore down after 2 uses from a brooks saddle. Not sure why it even wore down in the first place. However, they are terrible with respecting their email list. I unsubscribed many years ago, only to be re-added recently and completely having my wishes ignored when I click "Unsubscribe" and continually receiving emails. The issue was only resolved when I sent a message with some very colorful language and it seemed to do the trick. Shame on your marketing team!

I didn't know this was a Colorado business, I could have drove to the store in 10 minutes, I may go over there and see if it is open. I have bought 3 bibs over the last year, they seem to be working well. I am probably fat for a typical CO cyclist and the 2X fit snug but wearable, if I drop a quick 20lbs they should be just right.

I ride mountain bikes. Me and friends get pretty crazy and dirty. Many of us have Pactimo gear and really abuse the stuff. I want to say I've been very impressed with everything I have from them. We go to Moab, 18 Road Trails / North Fruita and this year we are headed to Cortez, CO. I'm glad I have bike gear that can handle all my falls. Great equipment I can rely on!

I have bought 6 pair of bibs for myself and one for my wife. The last pair of bibs I bought showed abnormal wear. I had a series of unsatisfactory emails with Pactimo which resulted in my sending the bibs back at my expense, only to be told the best they would do is offer me replacements at 50% off retail price. They could not explain how the other bibs I had bought showed no signs or premature wear, despite being used and cared for in the exact same manner. If you have a problem, Pactimo WILL NOT stand behind their product.

I just created my first custom cycling kit with Pactimo, and I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the outcome. The quality of the kit is first-rate, and the service provided by the account manager and design team went well beyond my expectations. I cannot believe how much I got for my money! The final jerseys look absolutely amazing, and the staff helped me -- an admittedly non-artistic person -- create something fabulous and personal. I would recommend them to anyone looking to create their own custom cycling gear!

Pactimo makes cycling clothing of the highest quality. Their custom team does a great job in turning hand-drawn scribbles into pro looking kits. Customer service and turn-around time are top notch. Thank you!

Disappointing. I bought a cycling jersey but it did not fit others of the same size from other brands have fit and according to the sizing chart this should have fit but it wasn’t even close. When I returned it under the “free return and exchange policy” I was charged a handling fee. I tried to exchange it for another size but it wasn’t available. I choose not to buy from any online retailer that advertises “free returns and exchanges” and then applies a “handling fee.”

I recently had the opportunity to spend some time at the Denver Studio Store to learn more about Pactimo’s line and try some of it on for sizing. This is great quality stuff, with many options, and Arianna was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about every article I saw. I highly recommend Pactimo’s clothing and - if you’re local to the Denver area - a visit to their shop is a must!

I just encountered some employees of this company. I don't know anything at all about their products, but I can tell you the people that work there are inconsiderate, rude, and lacking in any sort of common courtesy. I would never in a million years give any sort of support to a company with people like that!
