Pakha's Thai House

The food is amazing. Top notch. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the service is a little slow and the dining room and building is sort of run down. Don't let the shabby building put you off though. This is the best Thai food you are going to find in the area. Excellent food. I recommend the vegetarian rad na. It's amazing.

Stopped here on my way back from Virginia and was happily surprised at the high quality Thai food. The building itself seems a little rundown but the food is fantastic and worth a stop for sure.

This is by far the best Thai food I've eaten! When you walk in the scintilating smells coming from the kitchen fill the whole restaurant. We started with the Tom yum soup and that was delicious. It was so good I forgot to get a pic of it. For our entrees we got the #58 and the Chicken Phad Phrick. Absolutely fabulous!

Best thai food in the area. If you like spicy food, then order thai spicy. You will not get a ton of red pepper flake like other establishments in the area. Also, the heat will not kill the flavor either.

A very excellent Thai Cuisine. Pa'Kha is a wonderful & dedicated owner/chef (I know a few in south and central PA 😉). In an area where the people "think" they know "authentic", but have never been to Thailand (or are just assuming wherever they have previously been is the "real deal") there are only three or so places that are worthy of being considered "Authentic Thai" in the area (I'm affiliated with one, which out of respect for the place I'm commenting on; it shall remain unnamed) and Pa'Kha House is ONE for sure. The som tum (spicy green papaya salad) and yum talay (spicy seafood salad) were so amazing...I actually had to get up and go get some tissues (like I did last year at a som tum shack in Thailand 🤣)... I absolutely love the real deal. Being married to a Thai woman who can make this cuisine is a real plus, also. She, our son and I truly enjoyed the place...& seeing a friend who helped us as waitstaff for 2 years & get our start at our place...& presently working at Pa'Kha's (& meeting Pa'Kha herself) was awesome. A very tight-knit community within the Thai people seems to be a worldwide thing. Anyone who doesn't like this cuisine or inaccurately judges this cuisine can happily return to pizza and buffet...& miss out on a truly excellent dining experience at the few places that truly offer fine Thai Cuisine like Pa'Kha House... This place is great! ขอขอบคุณ!!!
