Palm Beach Tan

Very nice beds! Good times! But I’m very upset only wanted to go one month! I went into cancel and found out I did not freeze the 25 I have to pay another month. I understood freeze the 25th if u wanted to keep playing 5 dollars a month! No! Every time I would go In they try and upgrade u or sell u products! Very annoying!!!!!!! If I need to do that I will tell u!!!!! So no I will not suggest this place to anyone!!!

I called to freeze by account by the date indicated... when I went in a couple days after that to tan I learned that the worker never actually froze my account. After speaking with the manager about getting a refund and being told I would be called within 3-4 days letting me know the status of my refund I was never called back. I called the salon two other times to check and see when I would be getting a refund and was told I would hear back by the end of the week. Never heard anything. Very disappointed at their lack of care for their customers. Will not be returning which is sad because I enjoyed tanning there.

Love love love this tanning salon! I Just started using this tanning salon opposed to another one here in Fargo and I am so glad I made the switch! The staff are amazing and friendly! When I came in to get my membership a staff member walked me through each room and helped me pick out the gold bed instead of the silver bed which is what i had originally planned to use! She also showed me how to use the free spray tan throughly! I recommend this salon to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and great tanning beds!😊
