Going to a gym, salon, or spa you sometimes get superficial judgmental people-I have been to some that are and some that aren't. This salon is very judgmental. I'm a fair skinned girl, but love to tan in the long winter months in Fargo because you go so long without the sun and warmth. There were many times I came in only to receive rude comments and looks from the girls behind the counter. Lots of looking me up and down and rolling their eyes. The worst was when I came in and the line was nearly out the door so I was at the back of a long line but the girl behind the counter looked around everyone in front of me and shouted, 'Are you lost?' I was embarrassed as she was clearly being passive aggressive regarding my fair complexion so I quickly said, 'no' and looked away hoping she'd stop singling me out and get back to helping those who were in line before me-nope. instead she asked again, 'What are you looking for?' I waited to respond, hoping she'd get the idea, but no. She clearly was enjoying putting me on the spot. I said I'm here for the tanning salon. She said, really? and asked for a third time, 'Are you sure you're not lost?' So rude. I took my business elsewhere

Great price, awesome beds, and super friendly staff. So far no issues with payment or my credit card info. Highly recommend, I have always had great experiences tanning here.

I would give zero stars if I could - Sunseekers is not responsible with your financial information. Do not trust them with your credit card info. They also will charge you until you come in an cancel, no matter what type of package they tell you're signing up for. - They make you write down credit card numbers on a piece of paper that they store "securely". It was not secure. Mine got "lost", which I was only told about after I went in to ask for the paper so that I could personally shred it. Conveniently, the manager at another location found my paper after I left the store - somehow my paper with credit card #'s had traveled all the way to another city. - After the missing info debacle, I cancelled my sunseekers account. I also changed my credit card numbers because I knew it wasn't safe. They STILL *somehow* found a way to charge my bank account after I had already cancelled my account (and yes, I will be following up with my bank as well). They stopped charging me for a few months and then the recurring charge mysteriously showed up again, leading me to believe my credit card info did not in fact get destroyed at the other location as I was "promised". - Thirdly, they are not fair in how they promote their "packages". They tell you that you are signing up for a 3-month, 6-month, etc. package. One would expect that the payments would end after your 3 months, but in the fine print it tells you they will continue to charge you month after month unless you come in and cancel your account. Convenient for them, confusing and misleading to customers. All I wanted was a handful of session to get some color for my wedding (over a year ago!) and they have charged me over $300 due to this craziness. Find a tanning salon that is trustworthy and has 21st century payment technology.

I used to like coming for the prices & beds but now it seems they never change they're bulbs. I could hardly tell I even went after a whole package & I tan fast!!
