Palm Beach Tan

Incredibly unprofessional staff and unclean facility. Beds are old and covered in a layer of dust, the carpet is filthy and the headrests are cracked with foam filling coming out. The walls are covered in lotion, the tv in the lobby is broken, and the staff is incredibly gossipy about the clientele with no regards for privacy. There are way better tanning salons in town.

The gals at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. The salon is very clean and I have never had to wait for my favorite bed. One suggestion, though, it would be nice to have a hook in the bathroom to hang my purse on.

Great friendly employees - above and beyond that's what I noticed even when I had a complaint about my membership charge. The front could use a dusting around the windows and merch BUT it could be because of the remodel construction going on in Fiesta Square (long overdue). TIP: If you've never done a fake tan it will take you a few times to get your coloring the way you know you like it. So you might want to buy a membership just for the first month. I never had a spray tan and this is my personal opinion because there's a learning curve for everything. Happing tanning!
