Really wonderful place. Very clean, and the beds are great. The best thing I like about it is that the people working there are very nice and make you feel right at home. I was so thrilled that I found such a great place. Thanks Robin and Chuck!

I live out of town but every time I'm in the NWA area, I swing by Ultimate Tan. Great prices and beds. The staff makes an effort to get to know customers and remember them by name. Ashton is great! I highly recommend.

Website states store closes at 5:00. I Showed up at 4:45 to tan, door locked, and clerk hiding behind desk, literally, could see her head lying on the desk with her white baseball hat moving back and forth. Another customer had already tried to get in before me amd couldnt...she wasnt happy either. Finally the clerk came out out and said they were closing and we made comment that the website should states that shop closes at 4:30 NOT 5. The clerk said her boss told her not to allow anyone in after 4:50 bc of dressing time. It is now 4:53..i started typing this review at 4:45. I think there was plenty of time to tan...especially if clerk would not have wasted time hiding and then coming up with excuses why at least 2 customers could not tan. I would think this behavior is bad for business in such a competitive market. Shame on Ultimate Tan. It is now 4:59 and I am submitting review. Funny, i had time to type this review but not enough time to tan.

I've been to a lot of tanning salons and this one is great. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. Several levels of beds for different tanning and pricing preferences.
