Love love love the tanning beds and the spray tans this by far is my favorite place to go always great customer service clean facilities overall it's a great experience

This is the first tanning place I've been to, and it's been, for the most part, a decent experience. The beds are clean, and I've never had to wait for one. After the first month of start up fees, it's pretty affordable. I do wish some of the staff were more knowledgeable, though. The girl that was signing me up claimed that I could not use my tanning lotion solely because I had bought it off of Amazon. She then made me buy a single use packet of lotion that was $15 did not tell me the price of it, or my total before charging my card. There was a list of "unapproved" lotions that they had, which are based on the ingredients, and my lotion was not on there... She also said the start up fee was $20 instead of $25, so imagine my surprise when with all of this combined, I got charged $62 for a $15 per month membership. Another very little thing; it would be a great improvement if there were mirrors in the rooms. Would Make putting the lotion on a lot easier!

Just started tanning here and had a great experience. The girl at the desk helped me find the right lotion for my goals and explained everything I needed to know being a newbie. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Only gripe is they only give you 7 mins before the bed auto starts so you have to be fast with undressing and putting on your lotion. Recommend the manager extend this to 10 mins. Overall great experience and will be returning weekly.

Super pushy incompetent staff. Don’t know what they’re talking about and their lotions are extremely overpriced. You can get them online for $25. They try to charge $150Service: Tanning

Excellent staff and service I was a tan pro person for years, they welcomed me in, looked up my minutes I still had left with Tan pro so I got to still keep those minutes plus I bought more from Palm Beach. Staff friendly and great. Beds are fantastic !

Giving this place 4/5 for never really having proper staffing/ always out of towels. But giving Kelley a 5/5 for her professionalism and her ability to kill it while working short-staffed! I meant to write this review a month ago on the day I signed up for the monthly membership, but Kelley was SO helpful and really wanted to help me find a lotion that would work for me. Yes, sometimes salons like these can be overbearing, but she did a really great job of being patient with me and I ended up with a JWoww lotion! On Saturday I went in around noon and she was the only one who seemed to be working. No one else was there working and she had a TON of people in. There were 6 people waiting for beds and a line built up behind me. She had such a positive attitude and made sure to let guests know as they came in that she would be right with them. She set up the beds, cleaned them all herself, came back out and gave everyone their bed numbers. Then she assisted all of us in line and she was working her butt off. This girl deserves a raise or better yet a promotion for her amazing work ethic! Kelley, reach out of you'd like another job/career! I’d be happy to hire you!

I’ve been there before, not for a few years though. My paperwork is on file even though it had been a few years. I get signing new forms, but this still took 15-20minutes to complete. Then there was a $20 sign up feewhich I was fine with. But... she told me I could wave the fee if I bought a lotion, I asked for a couple of prices for a couple different bottles she told me the prices. I guess when she told me the prices, she was guessing. It took an additional 15 minutes for her to tell me the correct prices. At this point I had been there for 30 minutes and still hadn’t gotten a lotion or been able to tan. I had to leave without tanning after spending $70 because of this process. I don’t know if the process just takes that long or if the clerk was just that slow, either way I’ll go to a different location.
