Man this place needs help!!!! My next door guest has a membership and I went with her. I bought 2 Spray tans and the front desk girl was very nice even gave me a tour and then the place got so bizzy it was crazy! I went to do my spray tan and this is where things got weird I could not hear the machine talk to me to turn around or move. I think it even self cleaned it self and I was still in there I had no idea what was going on what standing up inside the self tanner spray tan. The girl tried to explain but the store was so bizzy she had to help other people. Again she did a great job but the store was so bizzy to give a new person to the store a detailed instruction. I don’t even know if I got a spray tan honestly. I mainly get a spray tan by a person who sprays the body. Over all I had a bad experience and palm beach tan did not exceed my expectations. I feel like my experience was ruined honestly.
Brandi is awful. Worst customer service ever. Not only that, this was one of the dirtiest tanning salons I have ever visited. Roaches in the rooms, skid marks on the toilets in the bathrooms, tanning beds were dirty. The store had a very weird smell, as if someone had been smoking inside… needless to say, I will never be coming back.
This place is disgusting! I went for a spray tan and had to use the restroom before and to my dismay there was a dried up used tampon nestled behind the toilet seat, when i tried to express my concern to brandi she was nowhere to be found. It wasn’t until after I was walking out the door when I saw brandi outside smoking a vape and talking loudly on the phone and laughing, i decided it was no use to tell her as it was probably her tampon on the toilet…needless to say i won’t be coming back here
Manager Brandi needs to undergo a lot of training to be a manager, I have already received poor service twice, she was extremely rude to me. I have been a member of the network for 7 years and have been to several locations and have never experienced a situation like this.
“Brandi” the “manager” has no idea how to take care of a customer. Extremely, extremely poor customer service. I cannot give this place 0 stars, so I’m stuck giving 1 even though she did NOT deserve it. This woman has no business serving the public.
Would give zero stars if I could. I went in to spray last Thursday night, it did not work or process I did the VersaSpa dark. I went in the following morning, having slept in it for 8 hours and asked for a refund. The girl working the desk said they don’t really do that and called her store manager. They did offer to let me spray again, but I was on my way to work and my event was directly after work so that wasn’t an option. I also only spray once or twice a year for holiday / winter events so I didn’t want a credit on my account especially for a service that doesn’t work. The store manager said she has to fill out a form and submit it to the district manager for approval and it can take up to 2 weeks IF she approves it. I’m not sure what there is to question given I paid for a service that did not work and even the employee agreed that I was very noticeably NOT tan. They told me that the district manager is trying to get rid of the machine so she will likely be reluctant to refund me, and that if I wanted to call her to fight with her over it, I could. Excuse me?! Why would you even continue to allow a consumer to use a service you are trying to get rid of. Also, I, as the consumer should not have to “fight” with anyone. Absolutely absurd. Horrible customer service, horrible business model. I was a retail manager for a decade and never heard of anything so ridiculous. On top of that the store manager took down my name and number to call me back to “initiate the refund process”, spoiler alert… she never did and it’s been a week. Take your money elsewhere, I will never give my money to Palm Beach Tan ever again.
I was in the salon yesterday afternoon and witnessed the manager Brandi being incredibly rude to a customer. Not a good look, and I will be reconsidering my membership.
Employees lied to me about being able to extend the expiration date of a package to induce me to purchase it. When I tried to use the package within the time it was supposedly extended to, they refused to honor it. The store manager I assume that's who she was, she did not bother to identify herself was incredibly rude and had no interest in helping. She never offered any apology and did not care that I had been lied to by other employees. I really can't say the last time I've experienced customer service this bad.
I had been tanning here since it was a Darque Tan location, but a week ago, I was walking up to the salon and a car began backing out. I thought "he'll see me in his rear cam" but he just kept coming and faster. I had to jump and he still brushed my hip. I went inside and the clerk said he had just thrown a fit when told that the bed he wanted was down for maintenance. I wrote to management about the incident and they didn't even bother writing back, so I canceled. Obviously I wouldn't want to chance running into that nutjob again nor would I want to go to a place that accepted such behavior. BTW, if you see a slate blue VW Tiguan outside, come back another time!
SCAMMERS They told me my membership will be $26 a month, I signed up 2 months later they charge me $46 and refuse to give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!!!!!
