The store manager now is awesome. I can’t remember her name. Long blond hair. My first encounter with her was not good, but it was all me. I’d just had a death in the family and I was stressed, but since then, I just adore her. She’s great at suggesting the best products. She’s really swee. Not like Michelle who made me leave. I gave it another chance. She, and the staff there are great!
The Jared employees at this location do not respect the order in which customers arrive. Regrettable service.
I had a pretty negative experience with this location. As soon as I walked in, the girl at the front desk seemed completely uninterested & almost bothered by a customer coming in. I came in to transfer my stay & save account from a different market so that I could reactive it. She told me that it doesn’t work like that & that I’d be able to transfer my info, but nothing else from my frozen account. The manager from my previous location had already given me step by step instructions on how to accomplish this, so I knew it could be easily done. I asked if there was a manager around that may know some more information on this. She said she was the manager, so I told her thank you & that I would try a different location. She very rudely told me that no other location in the area would be able to do this either because it was a cross market transfer and they don’t do that. I left & went to the Midtown location where I was happily helped. Midtown staff kept in contact with me & gave me a call when everything was good to go. I’m not sure if the training/staff knowledge is different by location or if the girl at Memorial Dr. just didn’t want to help, but being such a large business, you’d think they would make reactivation info pretty standard across the board. If you can’t help, at least be friendly - customer service is a quick way to loose/gain business & I definitely wouldn’t be recommending this location based on my experience.

Manager Haley and staff are the best in the entire chain of salons! Adore these gals like my daughter! Always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for every customer. Salon is immaculate and spotless! Beds are well maintained with new bulbs.
SCAM ALERT! I canceled my account IN PERSON at this store and the representative at the desk Hispanic curly haired young woman stated that I would be billed for the the next month and then I would see the re-occurring charges stop. It did not stop and after several months of charges I called their 1-800. I was told that they had no record of my cancellation and I should have signed and received a cancellation number. I told them that I was not given anything nor asked to sign anything and haven't used their services in months. Customer service rep stated she could see that I had not used their services but that I would still need to go into one of their locations to cancel and request refund even though I already did that. I went into this location AGAIN and requested to cancel AGAIN and the same young woman said that my account showed as cancelled. I told her their customer service rep stated I needed to sign something to cancel and she told me that "after 3 months of non-payment membership would drop off"?? I had to demand a cancellation number. The customer service reps did not disclose that there is an option to write in and request cancellation but there is! TOTAL THIEVES! For every week that I wait for my refunds I will provide a poor review of their locations on different platforms, including the Yelp, BBB, in an effort to continuously warn others.
New favorite location! Level 3 bed, super quick, with loud Bluetooth music! And Ashley is always the sweetest!
Sweetest staff and best customer service! Beds, service, and management got way better since Palm Beach took the place over. This is my favorite location but I also had a great experience with a couple of other ones.
It was my first time at this location, I live in Austin and Im a current member. I walked from my hotel there. As expected, a good experience. I use the IBed. Sarah was working that night, she's friendly and pleasant to speak with. I read the reviews about this location and came across one dissatisfied guy who got burnt. My opinion, use common sense, if you want a magical tan from 1 visit, the night before a wedding, get a spray tan! It took me 5x @ 7-8min ea to get color, don't rush it.
