Decent location, but charged me for six months after I ended my membership and refused to refund it, even though I went through their process to cancel. Mysterious “staff or computer error” that no one would fix because they already had my money.

Clean beds, great staff. Hands down best in town.

Well Teri, Jamie, and Lexie knock it out of the park for me with customer service. They always go above and beyond. It's not just with me though, I've watched their interaction with other clients to. They give impeccable customer service.

I really like the girl that works in the morning. She's very informative and helpful. Her attitude is positive and upbeat. I like this location because of her. It's easy and fast to get in and out too.

I go to the 96 and Q location in Omaha Nebraska and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The beds are nice, clean and very relaxing. I will continue to use this location.
