Pammy's is a New American Trattoria cozily nestled between Cambridge’s Central and Harvard Squares. We embrace the ethos of Italian food culture by serving devoutly seasonal and unfussy food, with a focus on a few star ingredients. Our ingredients and menu inspirations are often rooted in traditional Italian cuisine, however, at Pammy's we allow ourselves the freedom to explore an unlimited set of flavors, one that now defines American cuisine. “Trattoria” embodies who we are at our core as the vibe of Pammy's captures some of the comfortable charm of these Italian eateries.
