Story

Panamerican Consulting is a financial service and document preparation company offering performance based debt validation. Since our founding in 2009, it has been our goal to present a more comprehensive resolution to consumers in financial hardship, while ensuring affordability of monthly payments.

Our flagship service is a performance based Validation Program. Our Validation Program has been designed to verify and validate unsecured consumer debts through the use of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Through the implementation of this program, the consumer debts become unenforceable. Moreover, accounts enrolled in the Validation Program have a lower probability of litigation before the Statue of Limitations is reached rendering the debts noncollectable.
