Panchos Vegan Tacos

I truly love that they are adding to the Vegan options here in Vegas. I've been here twice now, and if I'm being honest, I was not impressed either time. Both times I tried the asada burrito. This time, I decided to try the burrito wet, in hopes that it would be better. Unfortunately, I still feel like the burrito was just okay. We also tried the tamales today, one red and one green. The green was okay, but the red was super dry. There's been many fellow vegans who rave about this spot, so I would definitely recommend trying them out for yourself.

Pros - Food was delicious. The chorizo & pastor tacos have an amazing flavor. The gentlemen at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Cons - As of 3.23.18 the interior needs a make over to go with the "Vegan" theme. There was a TV (loud) playing Soccer. The owner/manager might like soccer but not everyone is into that.

Probably the best vegan place in town. Tasty food, reasonably priced. Downsides are the location and sometimes they're short staffed. But I come here for the food, and I have yet to be disappointed. I have tried everything on the menu and every single item is delicious. Even if you're not vegan try this place, have a Beyond burger, you won't regret it.

This place is excellent. I recently decided to become vegetarian, this is my first time trying a vegan restaurant and I was worried about the taste. But there is no need to worry the food was so good my kids who are still carnivores couldn't even tell the difference. The only reason for the four stars is that the salsa's lacked seasoning. Other than that it's in a convenient spot and super tasty. If you're looking for great Mexican this is the place to go.

Absolutely loved this food very authentic and just like my abuelas but vegan "healthier" . The service was wonderful they went out of the way to help with the order and the cooks did a great job. The girl that helped me was so sweet and catered to my 8 year old son. He said she smelled like cookies and hugged her. Don't expect a great ambiance it seems unfinished but that doesn't matter a vegan Mexican mommy. 😂🙏💜
