Panda Express

This one not as good (but decent) as other Panda Expresses i've eaten at, the lo mein was over cooked and dry, even rubbery. The orange chicken was good though, a little on the spicy side, which orange chicken is supposed to be, the fried rice wasn't bad either and I was lucky on the beef and broccoli, it was a fresh batch just brought out. My GF had the orange chicken and the mushroom chicken, which she said was over mushroomed in flavor and my son had the orange chicken and green bean chicken which he said wasn't great. We all did like the orange chicken and the rice, just pretty much the rest was mediocre.

The food was good as expected and the service was fast. The building was mostly clean, but the soda fountain area was a mess. There wasn't other people in the building except my small group, so the employees had free time to clean the mess, but it wasn't clean. Maybe it isn't usually like that, but it shouldn't be hard to always keep it clean.

It would be alright if they stop picking through the food and give you what comes up on the spoon and stop shaking the spoon until the shrimp fall of. If I pay for them than that's what I want.

At first this place was great. Then they took 2 hours to bring me my order and when I called to see what was wrong, they kept lying to me. Then they called acting like they didn't know where I lived when they'd been to my house at least 10 times before and kept my address on file. Then when he came to the door, he said it was my fault and I gave them the wrong address. I took the food only because I paid with credit card already and they refused to give me a refund. That will be my LAST order from them, ever. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had just apologized. The bottom line is the food is pretty good, but the customer service is ZERO. If I could give negative stars, I would. They're very rude to customers and I do not recommend you spend your money here at all. Pick a better restaurant!
