Shanghai Restaurant

Moving here recently from Austin,Tx has been a major culture and foodie shock. One can imagine my apprehension when ordering to go last night. The sesame chicken was luscious and had plenty of sesame seeds. The eggdrop soup was deliciously hot and the crunchy bits were just that Crunchy! The fried rice was also hot and had just the right amount of egg and veges. My hubby, who is not a chinese food kind of guy even enjoyed it. I would eat here every day if I could get away with it, but will be thrilled for my next visit. Do not have a clue about inside service, but to go last night was delicious! Thank you Shanghai Chefs.

We've been eating here for at least 25 years. The owners immigrated here from China. Their English is not great, and that might be mistaken for rudeness. The food is very good and always consistent.

I have been going to this restaurant over 20 years. The owners are so nice to me, and the food is great! The egg drop soup is a huge favorite in my family. Having dinner there tonight as a matter of fact!

It's not about the selection. It's about the flavour, but don't be late to the lunch buffet! As with all buffets, the earlier the better. And their fried rice and chicken wings are the best in Jackson County!
