The food is good consistently. There is also a line, so be ready to wait 5 -10 minutes. I feel like their portions should be bigger. I don't appreciate the strategy of cutting up a large piece of chicken and then getting 2/3 of it. I have observed this trick at all of their locations. The staff is friendly.Ask for soy sauce etc if you need it.

The food at the location off Zafarano is pretty decent; however, the place is too small for the traffic it gets. The amounts served are very skimpy for the price charged. Almost always, the line to get served is long and the tables are full of guests or trays with food not eaten or bussed by people who have eaten and left. Aside from this, food is strewn under the tables and chairs by young children left unsupervised by parents who also don't clean up after them. It makes for an unappetizing meal- - if you want to eat in. Although the employees try to keep the restaurant clean, they are so busy, they can't keep up with the cleaning.

An hour before closing they refused to make more vegetables, didn't even bother to ask her about the other entrees that were missing so basically you end up with scraps. They also seem to lack a maintenance guy, nobody replaced the door damper, you can clearly see there used to be one but I guess that's not important, when you open the door it swings open, maybe when it hits someone and they get sued they'll do something about it. At least they didn't ask me to donate to some charity! I love Panda Express but this is the worst one I have been to in about 20 throughout the country.

Order online and walk right up to the register! Makes a big difference especially in santa fe where the lines are sometimes out the door! But food is always good!
