Panera Bread

I normally love what I order. But I received a delivery order this evening, soup was cold, sandwich wasn't what I ordered and my smoothie was terrible!

We went here for breakfast and a quick supper. I was pleasantly surprised at the supper atmosphere. Had only been there for breakfast/lunch. It was not busy, and had quick service with the same quality food.

Panera's breakfast is good and the coffee is great I especially like the spinach and artichoke souffle so so good and the oatmeal is super yummy as well the service is great.... our favorite server is Anna!!

I ordered delivery and paid for it online then waited about 2 hours!! Called them and they said they went up to the house and said they didn’t order anything?? Obviously the wrong house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude with me and acted like it was my fault they simply didn’t bring my food to me.

2 of our party had to wait a long time and finely took receipt and thier food was just sitting there. One of our party ordered a turkey sandwich and got chicken. 2 plates were switched the sandwich didn't matched thier salads. Not a real good visit. The cashier was nice
