I ordered delivery today and part of my order was accidentally left behind. I called in and I believe the managers name was Alicia. She was genuine in her apology and so kind. She offered to send it back out and when it got here she had placed some cookies in the bag. Customer experience is the most important thing. I would pay extra for genuine staff and a great experience like this one. I highly recommend this location.
They have a large sign boasting about being transparent about what they put in their food, but my friend asked them about the ingredients in one of their spreads and the woman told her that she didn't know and couldn't find out because "they are listed on the box and we always throw the boxes away." Seriously not impressed with that response and how much that contradicts with their claims of transparency. Two stars because I enjoyed what I ordered.
I go here on a semi regular basis and the store is always very clean and the staff are super friendly. I've only had a mix up with one order and they apologized profusely along with fixing the order immediately and even added a free cookie for the inconvenience. Now let's be honest, a free cookie really does make your day a little bit better
My wife ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, vinegar was the main taste. I ordered a spicy Asian salad and a coffee mocha drink, a piece of baguette with missing sides, no butter and missing cutlery for eat the salad. No service whatsoever! Very bad experience
Salads are good. If order isn't right, they will redo it. Kala at Shelbyville road location is the best, she always double checks my mom's order to make sure it correct. I appreciate her professionalism.
Consistently get my order wrong adding honey to oatmeal causing it to be inedible and unpleasant to. When I attempted to call on the 4th time of the same mistake, over the course of an hour, no one answered the phone. Severely disappointed since Panera is normally much better with its accuracy and customer service. Will not be returning.
I was hoping for a place to sit but, it was packed with people. Wish they have a bigger paddling spot!
I am so disappointed. I ordered a pick 2, I opened the croissant and it had 2 small pieces of water injected ham that were folded in 1/2. Salad, 1/2 sandwich and a drink were nearly 20.00 and that is a rinky dink piece of ham for the price. It is a bit ridiculous. I have been a customer since opening, and I have slowly seen the quantity go down and the prices go up. Lack of preservatives is great, but not at the expense of recipe quality or taste. The lime ranch was ok. I didn't taste any lime flavor. I appreciated an obvious reduction in the oil. The corn salsa was good, but overall the salad did not pop with flavor. Too bad. The flavor was nothing to recommend or order again. It is better to stick with the basics if you cannot make your innovative dishes memorable or flavorful. What a bug disappointment for 20.00
Everybody has a bad day, but yesterday I ordered online and it took quite a bit longer than it said, making it worse was that the order tracker still said they were preparing the food well after it had already been delivered. I went back today because hey, I love Panera, and I didn't get the cream cheese with my bagel despite it being on the receipt and the Fuji Apple salad that I got in the morning for lunch later that day came with Caesar salad dressing. Both of these discoveries came after I was already at work for the day. Moral of the story...check your bag before you leave.
Food is good and fresh! Although today I asked if they have iced coffee they said yes when I got my drink it was an espresso with water and ice. I don’t mind that drink but don’t tell me you have iced coffee if you don’t, or if they do have it learn to serve it correctly.
