I’ve been to this location a couple times and have always thought the service was terrible and the employees are rude. But today was the worst experience I have ever had. The girl who waited on me was completely rude and unprofessional. I clearly was a huge inconvenience to her for coming in to order a sandwich. I will definitely never go back, I’ve looked over other reviews and saw that many people have had the same experience. There’s a very nice Subway down the road on DuPont Rd. that has very professional and kind staff. I recommend everyone go there if you don’t want to get treated horribly.
Horrible customer service, rude, could care less what the customer says they want on their sandwich, has happened 3 times now. And the food is never fresh, looks like it's been sitting out for days and when you ask for fresh they say no that's all they got.. This place is broke, it's worth it to drive a little further away to jersey Mike's or pennstation, cause you won't get what you want at this place!
If I could give 0 stars I would, happily. The sandwich is DRENCHED in Mayo and mustard to the point the paper wrapping tears when I move it. This is also the second time cheese was not added, although I asked for it. It is amazing to me that someone made this and actually thought it was acceptable. Even McDonald's at their worst packaging moments have never done this. WOW.
The staff at this particular location are very unprofessional and rude. Checked online and it said they opened at 9AM so my fiance drove over and was walking up to the door around 9:30 and they locked the door right as he was walking up and turned off the open sign. I'd advise not to go to this location as they seem to have not trained their employees well enough to have the ambition to work and service the customer.
Enjoyed the sandwich but the employees really need to speak up. I couldn’t really understand what they were saying. They were also very rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there
all of the employees that have served me there have been incredibly rude and act as if it is an inconvenience when a customer shows up. they always aggressively throw everything on the sandwich. after a few tries i will definitely drive out of my way to go to a different location from now on.
Tried going here this morning. Its 930 AM. OPEN light is on and the store hours posted says open at 9 AM. Right as I walk up, the young worker locks the door and they tell me they are closed then turned the Open sign off. I see why they have bad reviews.
I really don’t understand the purpose of having employees of they’re not going to do what they’re hired to do. The service was horrible and portions were inconsistent and not fit for human consumption. I order a sub with chicken and bacon and this fool adds 15 strips of bacon and then toasts my sub and makes the bread soggy. Him and his smacked coworker were flirting the whole time and wasting our time. You can’t charge someone $30 for garbage service and no respect for reasonable portions. I know subway puts a lot of effort into staying relevant but I don’t believe this is how you do it. I literally left because I’m a whole human and they clearly don’t take what people put into their bodies serious in the slightest
The girl had a bad attitude the entire time she was making my sandwich, and "wrapped" it with one hand. I didn't want to make a scene so I took it, but it's pretty much uneatable. Why offer wraps if your employees don't know how to fold them?
The girl today had the worst attitude I've ever witnessed and told me she didn't feel like making a Buffalo so I needed to order something else. After that I left. I've been going here for 2 years and the attitude is just getting worse.
