As a regular customer of Panera Bread, I have always been impressed with the quality of the food and service. The menu features a variety of options, including classic sandwiches, soups, and salads, as well as healthier options like grain bowls and smoothies. The ingredients are always fresh and the portions are generous. One of the things I appreciate most about Panera Bread is the convenient ordering process. Customers can place their orders at the counter or through the Panera app, and the food is typically ready within a few minutes. The restaurant also offers catering and delivery options, making it a great choice for office lunches or special events. Overall, Panera Bread is a great place to grab a quick and delicious meal on the go. The wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and convenient ordering process make it a top choice for fast casual dining.
My everyday go to place! The almond coffee with Margherita flatbread pizza along with some Greek salad are everyday favourites. It's delicious. The staff is friendly and overall, it's a nice cozy cafe.
It’s not my first time having a negative experience at Panera. At this point, this place has become the “I know it sucks but it’s near by spot” that people go to, anyone thinking Dunkin? Yup! Just more pricy and lousier coffee. But what caught my attention this time was the broom sitting right next to the supposedly fresh bakeries. I mean what is the cut off line for abusing your customers with bad service ? I think Panera had the potential to be more decent if they reconsidered their coffee supplier, and dropped their fake breads recipes. Also, I tried the fall soup in a bread, which turned out to be the most confusing dish ever! why keep the soup inside a huge bread?! I avoid this place religiously these days. Of course, until the next time I find myself walking in there after forgetting their abuse
Like most Panera locations these days, service levels & cleanliness have trended downward. They got my order right & the food was good. The folks working there seemed very new, which seems to be the case at all the Paneras i go to in the past couple years. Interior had a lotta dirty tables. I tried not to look too close, though, because i didn't want to be disappointed. I liked the outdoor seating area. I hope to see Panera get their stuff together on store cleanliness, though. It's one of my favorite brands but i've been regularly disappointed lately no matter which Panera i go to in various cities.
Great Baja Mac & cheese. I really liked it. The food is expensive for the quantity that they provide. I ordered a pick 2 combo of Baja Mac & cheese along with a Mediterranean veggie half sandwich. Order usually takes more time than at other comparable places. First visit to Panera bread and I did walk out impressed even though I’ve pointed out some shortcomings.
I’m obsessed with their Autum Squash soup! It’s creamy, sweet and has a hint of pumpkin seeds to keep your taste buds entertained. If you are a fall lover and haven’t tried it yet...what are you waiting on?
Twice I have received a delivery order from this location. And BOTH times the order I received is NOT what I ordered. I don't know what is going on with this store and why they can't make the orders correctly. But, I recommend you avoid this location.
Cheapest coffee in the area and it’s decent. Just don’t always feel safe here as there are homeless people following you in and out of the Panera…
Bad experience. I ordered a Cesar salad with no chicken and I go to pick up my order and it is filled with chicken. I have to go all the way back to get them to change it. When they give me the salad back, it seems that they just removed the chicken and gave it back to me, so it was practically empty, filled just a third of the way with lettuce and a few croutons. When I ate the salad, some of the lettuce was brown and the croutons tasted bizarre. I do not recommend this Panera.
Ordered delivery to children’s hospital, my salad was basically just a pile of romaine lettuce and they forgot the chicken so really it was just a pile of lettuce. The person delivering couldn’t find children’s and couldn’t seem to understand that I needed him to bring the food all the way to the lobby and I couldn’t meet him on the street because I was carrying my infant son who is attached to an IV machine. When I called to let them know the person tried to say that they don’t drive they are on bike not sure how that was relative to the situation, if anything that would have made it easier for him to get to me the way Children’s drop off and pick up area is always packed with cars. She was not helpful at all until I asked for my money back. Money back is great but when you haven’t eaten for 6 hours and are caring for a sick baby a simple meal goes a long way.
