The self-service kiosk is really good. My order was ready within minutes. It’s a big space with a lot of seats and booths. I was there on Friday evening and it was not too crowded. The staff was really nice. The cleaning service was constantly looking around so the place is really clean.
Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. I just recently found out there was this one in Porter Sq. Needless to say, I’ve been a very happy camper! It’s not without a few drawbacks though. Seating is confusing, I have trouble with stairs and it’s not always easy to snag a table upstairs. They also don’t have any outdoor tables which I was a little sad about when I brought my dog one day. I’ve ordered and had stuff brought to my car and the orders have always been right. I think they should be harsher on making sure people are adhering to the 45min rule of staying at the tables on the top floor, on a busy day. Overall makes me feel like I’m at my favorite shopping center from where I grew up!
I have frequent this Panera over the last year. The service has been questionable. But upon my last visit, a manager who I've never seen before, named "Sean", threat throw me out if I didn't purchase something less than 2 minutes after entering the store and sitting down. That's a person of color, it's kind of selective treatment is not inducive to make want to spend my money in a place of business so uninviting. Several minutes later, Sean approached me again, leaned into my face, and t threatened with police action. So I decided to wait for the intervention of Cambridge Police.
I got soup 2 soups 1 had plastic and 1 had hair and when I went back to Panera for a refund he said that we lied saying that we put it in there. Gerald is the worst person/manager ever don’t go here unless you want hair and plastic in your food with no refund.
i come her all the time for bread cookies. How ever this is one most filty places you can eat. They put all their dishes into one place to clean it. More over one of so called managers of this named sean is worst person you can meet no customer services he swears Angry all time. He has no respect for his co workers. More over he smells like toilet absolutely he lacks professionalism and no customer services at all. definitely i will not go back to this place again. i definitely don't recommend this place to no one.
I ordered 3 broccoli soups, one had hair and the other two had plastic. When I told Gerald tue manager, he flipped at me and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE, absolutely disgusting
Food is good they have brought back the french onion soup . i usually use the kiosk it seem to be faster . The location has a bunch of seating as well as a upper level and lower
Not so nice manager accused me of being homeless because I didn't have my receipt and tried to kick me out. Also, my SANDWICH was COLD. And my friend's PIZZA was DRY.
Location is ok but service is always great! Greg is so helpful and will bring a smile to your face.
i was eating at place.The manager called sean i saw him swearing at one of the customer. Thats not professional. I am not gonna go back to this place again. Sean is ignorant also very disrespectful to his co workers. Dont go this place not good
