There was hair in my sandwich. So gross, you guys. : I’ve only eaten here twice... first time my bagel egg and cheese was drenched in grease.. and now this, haha. Nope. No thanks :
So inconsistent. There are only two vegan options on the menu I get the Soba noodle bowl with edamame. Half the time they make it incorrectly. This time it literally had chicken, so frustrating. I'm not eating here anymore.
A half sandwich and a drink for $10??? Ridiculous. For this? I think it's three cubes of chicken. Won't come back. It's there a way to do negative stars?
I'm not sure about this place but I do know that the food is always good but staff need to he more together
We went for dinner on a week night. It wasn't too crowded. I ordered a full sized caprese sandwich, which was pretty small. The slice of mozzarella was a modest size, but there was a good amount of bread so at least I'm full. The taste of the sandwich was delicious. The establishment looked a little disheveled. Maybe we just missed a rush. Average experience, good food!
It's your standard Panera bread. Plenty of seating inside with a few booths added. Good lunch location for 1-3 people. I ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with apple and a cookie. None of the flavors stops out from the rest. Nothing special. The unsweetened Plum Ginger did taste good. Good location in the Ansley Mall for a fast, casual meal.
Food is okay. Employees could be more professional. I cannot say that I've felt welcomed. You'd think that the employees' attitudes would be much better since Starbucks is only four stores down. I wish they were more enthusiastic about their jobs and stop nit-picking in front of the customers. No matter how things are in the " work" environment, the customer should never see it. I wish them success overall.
This place has turned around their customer service. I had multiple issues with mistakes in the past but in the last 6 months, they have been spot on with every order. I also love the ability to order and pay in the app, then I just breeze in and grab my bag off the express shelf.
So impressed! My spouse and I wanted to have a small party for our running group. Panera's made this so easy: coffee plus bagels ready EARLY on a cold Saturday morning; They even allowed us to monopolize the front section of the restaurant. These are good people. Please buy from them.
The number one thing that kind of makes me not want to frequent this particular location is the staff. They don't come off trustworthy when it comes to personal hygiene when it comes to handling food. But the cashiers are very pleasant and don't make you feel like a "number", they treat me like a valued customer...if you are not careful the cashiers can be so charming that they can have you spending all your money and indulging in "Panera heaven"
