Food is usually good and so are the smoothies. I took off 2 stars because the woman working here is often without help. Like why is someone soloing this place on a weekend afternoon?? She’s nice and calm and crushes the orders but I know it’s overwhelming. Y’all need to schedule more people to help out :/
Wanda was amazing need more women like her in life and her energy is amazing she need to own 20 tropical smoothie cafe.. Anthony is beyond perfect and a amazing person he is going to go far in life..and whatever success has to offer him in life
Great smoothies but I feel bad for the girl who is always there with no help making smoothies and taking the orders. You can tell it is overwhelming. Y’all should schedule more people to help
Do not work here if you don't want to work for free. Jay Patel has made this a bad work experience. Also speak to staff very disrespectfully. My daughter still hasn't got paid and it's been over a week of run around, scheduling a meet up and not show up. It's the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. This was my daughter's first job and I really hate that this was her experience. I reached out to corporate and still no reply. Craziness. Now we have to file complaint with the Labor Dept. Also not to mention how Mr. Patel keep hanging up on our attorney and blocked our numbers. Ridiculous!
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST tropical smoothie. I placed an order online and was told ready in 10 mins. I’ve waited TWO hours for my order. That’s unacceptable. No apology or anything.
Been coming here since it's opened. The management has changed and the get customer service and friendly culture had ended. I have had many past issues before but this is the final straw first I come a 1 30 n the manager tells me we our not taking orders until 3 o clock. Ok I come back at 7 52 and see a sign that says we're closing at 6 today. Very unprofessional and lazy staff. If you and crew don't want to work stay at home. Haven't been here in months due to past bad experiences and I see nothing has changed. They should just close location .
Even though this place has awesome smoothies. They can’t get it together on schedule. This is the third time I order at 9:00 and it’s closed when it states it opens at 8:00 am. It’s 9:23 am and I am outside and the place is still locked down and no signs of humans in here. As a business owner I can say “Really really bad for business” SMH
The system wasn't working properly. The staff was like deer in headlights. They were behind on making the smoothies. It just seemed like this was the first day of this location being open. The young ladies were pleasant but seemed overwhelmed.
Horrible hood rat behavior, please excuse my language but I solely mean it. Do be cautious when ordering here during lunch break, they are super rude & take they precious time. I got a refund due to they behavior I didn’t even have the sort of time. Felt like I was in the hood smh. classless and horrible customer service skills. That is all.
I love the food and the concept. Order from here 2-3 times per week. Mostly delivery through Door dash. I started using the app to order and have had several problems. The main one is you can't contact anyone there. Every order is missing something. I drove to the restaurant and she told me they don't know where their phone is and will not give me any information to contact manager/owner/corporate or anyone that can give me refund or comp on items not delivered that I paid for. I have sent several messages through the app feedback. Still no call back or refund.i will not order from this place again without a call back from somebody. Anybody. Doesn't matter who calls me. I can't even call it terrible customer service because there hasn't been any customer service.
