Staff was amazing! Smoothie were very fresh and delicious. Only downside is the horrible sewer smell.

Candace is very sweet and her customer service is incredible. She also can make a MEAN smoothie! I will definitely be back to this location just for her skills. It's rare to find people who enjoy taking care of others at their job. Candace needs praise!!! It was very slow and she took the time to make our drinks as well as inform us about other really good options we may like that Planet Smoothie offers. Thank you Candace, you made our day!!!

Every single time I visit this location it’s always closed please update hours accordingly.

I’ve been to this location 3 separate times and each time the sign on the door is lit up saying it’s open and online says it’s open but I get there and the lights are off and the doors are locked. This is the only location near me and I enjoy the smoothies but really does anyone work here? Why aren’t you open when you’re supposed to be open?? Without any note saying “we’ll be back” or anything?? Really?

The smoothie I ordered was good along with the peanut butter and honey wrap. It comes with bananas but I didn't get any due to an allergy. The restaurant is clean and The service was great. There's plenty of free parking and I didn't have to wait long before being serviced. They were out of reg size cups so I was given two little kids cups. No worries. I was ok with it. I was able to give one to a friend. Looking for a great smoothie and a quick bite check out the tropical smoothie.

They are closed for business. Don’t drive here and waste your time .

The smoothies are great and the staff is cool. But they don’t accept the planet Smoothie gift cards which sucks. Quite a few people bought me the gift cards for my birthday. Now I have to go out the way to another planet smoothie just to use the gift card. They need to change their policy on that. Sadly, I was going every week but when this happened I now no longer go.

Best service!!! I came in a few days ago from out of town, I needed a refreshing smoothie from the long flight as I waited on my hotel to be ready a few miles away. I believe the gals name is Loreal, and she was very helpful and kind as well as patient in helping me choose a smoothie. She recommended something that was tasteful and refreshing! However, im more persuaded by the customer service experience than the smoothie, to come back another time. Excellent staff!

Candice customer service was amazing , super friendly and informational. A very clean environment . A very welcoming attitude ,I will be back very soon. The smoothie was amazing ,first time trying the last mango and I was impressed .

A couple days ago I was out doing my fitness walk. I needed to stop to refresh and recharge myself. So I ducked into the Planet Smoothie on Lavista Rd. First of all the AC was on point. The staff greeted me hello and made me feel like they were glad to seem me. I was given some great suggestions on what to try so I just ordered two tropical like smoothies. They were great. I felt like I was in Hawaii before the volcano. I'm going back soon. Super staff! Super product! I wish everybody did business like these folks.
