My smoothie came with sum West Indian NYC luvv. Thx family.

It shouldn't be this hard to make a smoothie, that's all they do. I ordered 1 smoothie. I noticed on my receipt they charged me for two. When I asked for a refund they couldn't figure out how to give me a refund so offered to increase the size. I agreed just to keep it simple. The smoothie they gave me tasted like sour water. It didn't resemble in the slightest the smoothie I ordered. I can't imagine how anyone would be a repeat customer for that product

We always have a pleasant experience when we go there. Sucks people have a 1 because a no complaints on our end. Would be nice if they ran more deals because it's gets too expensive to go there as frequently as we'd like.

Twice in one week I ordered a smoothie online and the store was closed. I get we’re living in hard times but come on now. People definitely want smoothies early in the morning. Guess I’ll go back to making smoothies at home.

I ordered ahead online just now, PAID FOR IT, just for the store to be locked up? The phone keeps saying "BUSY" as well so how am I going to get my money back... not sure. All I know is this location is very close to my job, so I don't have a lot of time to leave. I left in hopes of quickly grabbing my smoothie and headed back to work... very disappointed.

The location is very clean but the employee wasn't very helpful, I was looking for raccomendation and she wasn't very talkative. I ended up ordering they're spinach, carrot, pineapple and banana meal replacement and it was delish, very green but super yummy!

Completely rude staff. Walked in without a mask and they yelled at me to leave immediately while the staff was wearing a mask off their nose, hanging half off their face. Took my business elsewhere and will not return. Have some common sense and stop being so rude. Thankfully was able to walk next door to Moe's where I was greeted and treated like a human being instead of a dog.

The new guy who has made my last two Keto Smoothies was awesome and smoothie was was made to perfection. I’m so glad because they are so much better than before definitely worth the drive.

The girl with the shaved hair doesn’t listen when your ordering. She is completely rude , doesn’t greet customers. When you say thank you she says nothing in return and she got my order wrong . My suggestion hire someone with some personality and someone with manners that knows how to confirm orders before making it. Won’t be coming back here!!

This may possibly be my last trip to this location. I'm reluctantly writing this review. I specifically go out of my way to come here on a weekly basis sometimes twice in a week. I ordered 6 smoothies. 2 have been made and are dying. 6 customers came after me, 5 have been served. The gentleman behind me ordered 3 and he's gone that was my insult I'm still here waiting on smoothies. Also I don't know why on $5 Fridays there is only one person preparing smoothies. I'm so sorry.
