Literally do not ever come to this smoothie king. Staff is incredibly rude, and they are always, and I mean ALWAYS, out of almost every ingredient. You are limited to maybe 1 or 2 smoothies that you can order. The worst part is that it is across from a Kroger where they could easily go and buy the ingredients that they need, but no, they rather not be inconvenienced. I doubt this place stays open much longer….
Don’t waste your time coming here… I stopped visiting this location because it was always a toss up if it’ll be someone there during business hours… visited for the first time in 6 months and of course no one is there on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm… please just close the location if you can’t keep staff!
Ordered 2 Vegan Nutty Supergrain. What we got was blended ice with a splash of almond milk. Missing some major ingredients. Had to throw away because they were so bad. Wasted $18. We’ve had this same smoothie from multiple locations dozens of times. It’s always the same. This time wasn’t even edible.
I always get the Vegan Mango Kale. Today I added peanut butter and super grains and it was delicious! I especially enjoy their smoothies after a great workout!
I was denied service. My truck is too big to go through the drive-thru, so I proceeded to the walk-up window to place an order and There was a young man who told me he will not taking walk-ins because he was the only one in the store and deny my service and told me to go to another Smoothie King. I'm upset because I love Smoothie King but I refuse to be treated that way so I guess I'm going to start going to Tropical Smoothie
Could not use two coupons in a car for some reason…. Only could use one. Graciously rude employees as well. Will not be back.
I love Smoothie King, but everytime I come to this location, the store is out of several items and I can only choose one or two different smoothies from the menu. The drive thru people are very rude as well.
Pretty rude staff. Rushed to take order. Received an attitude because I asked for 5 32 Oz smoothies. I was told there are only 2 blenders and discouraged my order. When I came to the window, they couldn’t remember my order. What a cluster.. Second visit same story. First time they refused to accept $50 with no signage. Advise: Better training, management oversight, and simple courtesy. Wouldn’t be a bad idea for staff to also wear face mask when preparing orders in our time. Don’t ask for tip
If you’re a regular, your experience here will be up and down. This location’s system is always down, they’re closed on days they’re suppose to be open, and it feels as if the franchise owner could care less!! Never mind if you order via the app, you’re screwed and have to dispute the charge with your card issuer because the “store” never gets around to issuing a refund.
This is probably the worst smoothie king that I have ever been to. They are always out of something. Sometimes they just close with no explanations. Customer service doesn’t exist and worst of all their smoothies are awful.
