Just experienced for the 3rd time having to wait 40 minutes for an online "rapid" pick up order. Nice building but poor service.

The wait was terrible. I ordered the chicken avocado melt. I arrived at 6:27 pm and it was 3 people. I left at 6:56 pm. Also a few people 3 had incorrect orders. Also there were numerous take out orders maybe that was why? They also they ran out of bread that went with the chicken avocado melt. However my sandwich was good.

Typical inner city, Covid restriction restaurant. We got our food to go. Food was good, service was nice.

Fourth time in a row the wait is over 25-35 minutes long. Fourth time in a row the order is wrong and even with a receipt, asking them to correct the order was met with extreme annoyance. The staff is impolite. The store is gorgeous, but extremely disorganized.
