Well it was my fault I provided the wrong number so they couldn't tell me they didn't have small pizza or wings. So they sent me a large extra cheese pizza and refunded me the wings. But this pizza really tasted like cardboard. Half the pizza doesn't have cheese. They were really nice when I called but that pizza tasted like some else's pizza that didn't get picked up 5 hours ago and it was put back in the oven and delivered through door dash for me. I'm not even mad at the Doordarshan driver. The pizza didn't even get the seal sticker proving no one ever opened the box. I am so disappointed I don't even know what to say. Papa John's pizza is better than this wth.
My first order with this Papa John's was bad. The pizza was clearly reheated, the undercrust was stale and the slices didn't want to come apart. However, the owner responded asking me to contact what I assume was their corporate review team. My second order afterwards was perfect and made fresh with no repeat issues from the first order. The third order I placed recently was also made fresh and with no issues. Was cut a little weird but it didn't bother me. Added some pictures. 5/25/22 Update: Quality is questionable now. After ordering a pizza recently the undercrust was burnt.
This store is trash. I put an order in through that app at 6:48. The order shows to be out of the open and being prepared for delivery for almost 35 min, but not in route to be delivered. I call the store at 7:38, they tell me the driver is there and about to leave with my order. The store is less than ten minutes away. At 8:15 a Door Dash driver calls to confirm the address. It wasn’t even their delivery guy. I finally received my order at 8:18, and hour and a half after I placed it. The pizza was cold too. Terrible! Do not do business with this place.
My delivery people were 3 teenagers who looked like they were homeless. Made me uncomfortable receiving cold food from people who look like they didn’t even pick out a clean outfit for the day. Pizza showed up cold. It was so bad that I didn’t even trust to eat the pizza so I threw it away and ordered another pizza from dominos. Whoever runs this store is a joke. This is not my first issue with this location. I highly recommend anyone thinking of going here to just go somewhere else.
I recall Papa John's rating close to Godfather's but now I don't know what's happened .. you get 2 stars for attempting. It was a Take Out. The pizza""John's favorite "" dry..flat..not good at all. Ranks with Little Ceasars. I would have sent pictures ..
The worst Papa John's EVER!!!! SPENT TO MUCH MONEY FOR Grabage!! PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO EVER LEAVE A REVIEW FOR ANYONE I WAS THAT DISAPPOINTED... I WISH I WOULD HAVE.. AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY USED FROZEN CRUST I CAN TASTE IT.. JUST GO TO mazzios or dominos they are both close and BETTER.. No stars deserve here at all!!!
Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Crust was stale and hard, not fluffy. Couldn’t even bite into the crust it was so hard. Don’t go here.
Every order we get from here is the best quality. I had an order in the past that was messed up during delivery, but at the end of it the manager Happy made everything right. Best Papa Johns I've ever bought from, would highly recommend to anyone.
2nd time order from this location and it gets better and better...The Shaq pizza is the truth and well worth it plus it helps charities. Jeff even brought our pizza to the car...Great Papa John service with a smile...
