Papa John's Pizza

Just waited an hour and 45 mins for delivery when the online order said 50 mins. Called the store and All I was told is that they only have 1 delivery driver. Never agian will I order from here.

This location is awesome, the food is never burned and it's consistently good. When I order for delivery it always arrives sooner than estimated and when I go in for pickup it always seems to be done When I walk in. The staff is very friendly and personable, ordering from this location is a great experience. Vegetarian options: They have different types of pizzas and you can get one made vegetarian. Parking: They have a parking lot around the building and it is never full because there are no dine-in tables. Wheelchair accessibility: The door is flush with the ground and you can easily roll a wheelchair into this location. Dietary restrictions: You can have custom pizzas created to suit your dietary needs.

Pretty crummy spot. The pizza was ok but the service had me concerned enough not to come back. No one at the counter, pizzas rolling off the oven belt into the floor. I'm worried to see how they actually prepare the pizza.

Pizza is good but this particular Papa John's needs to stay consistent. One thing I can say if you do have a complaint they will accommodate you .

Pizza took 82 mins to deliver, I live within 1 mile. The pizza was wrong, they clearly misread the order. The manager line is unmonitored, so you cant get your order fixed I just wasted 27 dollars on food that I will not eat. My advice to papa john: Order number:977542610 I said, lite cheese it doesn't mean extra cheese.

Ordered pizza well done. Pizza isn’t even cooked fully and you can see the cheese isn’t even fully melted and crust is still for in a part asked for a refund but with it I’d rather drive to a carry out only and eat it in my car instead of ordering delivery here when the pizza place can’t even cook a pizza

So I order pizza few times a month, this lady name Sara so friendly and knows my name every single time. But that is not reason I am posting , she makes me a perfect pizza every time. This is a big deal for me I has severe acid reflux and the sauce will send me to Dr quick THANK YOU SARA FROM BROOKLYN PARK PAPPA J

The manager puts on the app that the pizza leaves the store way earlier then it actually does. I live 10 mins from the store and I'll get a text that says my pizza is on its way n it doesn't come for at least 35 mins later. When the delivery driver got here he let me know that the manager always says the pizza leaves earlier then it does.

They NEVER bring the soda when I order it and the drivers NEVER return when they mess the order up. You can try to call and get a refund, but they'll never answer or hang up when you ask for a manager. Much better pizza places in the area that taste better and cost less. Stop going to papa johns people...

I ordered a pizza online around 1030pm and was told the delivery time would be 120 minutes. The store closed at 11pm. I waited and waited and my pizza was never delivered. The store was closed at this time and I was not able to contact anyone. I was never contacted in any way, and the tracker online showed that the pizza was delivered. The next day I called and spoke with the manager. I was told that their driver was in an accident and they cancelled my order along with eighteen other orders. He also told me that my card would not be charged. Five days later I checked and my card was indeed charged. The manager was very non nonchalant like it was no big deal. I didn't think he was even going to apologize, but he did at the very end once... This is the second time that my online order has been canceled from this store and I was not advised. A simple phone call is all that is needed to advise a hungry customer that their dinner will not be delivered.
