I used the Millard location recently to feed a football team after their game. I was very worried about that large of an order staying warm till the boys came off the field. The pizza arrived piping hot. The order was exactly as I had ordered. I placed the original order with Tessa and then had a late addition to the order that Stacey took care of. The delivery driver was super helpful. The whole process was easy, efficient and the boys loved the pizza!
Ordered thru the app. arrived after the app showed it was ready but to my surprise they gave my order to someone else. Sat another ten min there to wait for the next round.
Received aText stating that my order is ready to be pick up, however when we arrived, was told that it is not ready yet. Been waiting for a long time and it seems like the staff has no plan to process my order. So disappointed with the service. I will never order on that branch again. Store #2179
The Papa John's app made my order confusing, order was not as expected. But this location made it right, and fast, while working with plenty of other orders. Great job. Thank you!
Had it for the first time last week and just had some more today. This is fresh quality good pizza. Probably the best I’ve ever had
This store has serious problems. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:00 PM at the latest per the online ordering system and I did not leave with my pizza until 6:20! I was not offered any compensation for my time spent waiting and I will not be returning to this location.
So our pizza delivery time was pretty good at 35 minute, but when it got here the pizza was all crushed together on one side of the box. It tasted fine but I'm sure they dropped the pizza or did some mad drifts on the way here. Also. The garlic knots things didn't even have any cheese in them and barely any garlic. From reading other reviews this is probably the worst papa John's you could order from. As a delivery driver for another pizza place, this is unacceptable. If I were you I would order carryout so you can check the pizza before you pay for it, and so that you don't need to tip the careless drivers.
It was great. When I ordered, I wasn’t expecting much, but when I walked into the store, the lord Jesus Christ descended down upon me. He blessed me by preparing the most delicious pizza pie, only for 4 dollars.
Delivery is slow, they don’t have enough staff for the orders that come through so there’s a lot of mistakes made an not much attention to detail. I’ve called in several times for a pizza never having enough sauce or not being “well done”, I shouldn’t have to throw the pizza in my oven every time my pizza gets delivered because part of the dough isn’t cooked. I’ve only dealt with this because they’re the only PapaJohns that delivers in my area, otherwise if I come across something better I won’t continue to do so. UPDATE: Things seem to have turned around some, no longer having to call in for pizza to be Well Done or throwing into the oven as often as I used to.
Papa John's used to be the best chain Pizza on the planet. But this was about 10 years ago. It seems interesting to me that now their Pizza is Bland, devoid of taste, and they try to make up for a lack of meat and cheese and overall quality by dumping large chunks of vegetables on the pizza. The reason this is interesting is because the place has so many intersections with Pizza Hut and they've taken the same road that Pizza Hut did. Now, they are still better than Pizza Hut who is the worst Pizza chain on the planet, but it isn't by much. I honestly think Godfathers is probably the best chain Pizza you can get in Omaha and that's sad because even their Pizza isn't very good, likely a three-star or 4 at the very best
