Something is wrong with the crust. Have gotten dozens of pizzas over the years, and this batch was bad. Called and spoke to manager and they asked for photos, so here it is. It's definitely missing something, they probably know, but won't tell us.
I love this place--been going for years; sometimes multiple times a month. Always great service and a super convenient experience. Every now and then the employees will decorate the Mini Murphs, and my kiddo LOVES IT!! Ever since they had the Halloween special with "pumpkin shaped" pizza dough, my kid pinches the dough to make a "pumpkin stem". It's our tradition now. Family friendly and great food. Thanks!!
I ordered 2 pizzas online and scheduled a later pick up. Upon arrival I was asked if I was picking up an order, yes I said. On line or call in she asked, online I replied. She came out from behind the counter and helped me look through the rack of online orders until she found mine. Very friendly and helpful in the store, pizza is good with plenty of toppings.
So I called in an order for 2 pizzas and showed up right when I said I would to pick them up. Apparently, they completely lost my order. They told me they would get them made right away. So, I stood there for roughly 20 minutes watching them make pizza for EVERYONE in the ENTIRE store and even a bunch of pick up orders. The store was full when I came. By the time they finally got around to making my pizza, I was the only person left in the store. I found the manager and expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and informed him that generally when you completely lose someone's order, you should probably make it for them right away instead of serving the ENTIRE store, then, when you have time, if you get around to it, fix your mistake. He responded with, "We'll try to work on that" That's about all I could get out of him. I think he was going for the "If I stand here long enough and just start blankly, the angry customer will just go away eventually" So, I called the corporate number to lodge a complaint above his head. The message machine they have manning the phone cut me off after like 20 seconds and asked me if I would like a manager to call me back. Obviously I selected "yes" and gave my contact info. Big surprise, no call back. Unfortunately, this isn't the only incident at this store, but this review has gotten long enough already Although the pizza is pretty good, the service is absolutely dreadful.
We are extremely unsatisfied with our service. We placed our order around 4pm to have ready at 6pm and recieved a confirmation email. Upon arrival, food was not ready and employees were not attentive to the line of customers in the store. After waiting 30 minutes, they finally agreed to re-process our order. It then took another 15 minutes to have the food in our hands. THEN WE WERE GIVEN THE WRONG FOOD. Ordered a XLNY giant pepperoni and were given a pizza with hamburger instead. Notified the employee, then the SAME employee asked what we ordered 5 minutes later. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES LATER we finally had the food we ordered. Over an hour to get food is so unacceptable. The pizza we finally recieved was sloppily made. Thanks Papa Murphys for wasting over an hour of our evening for a mediocre pizza.
The only one who can take your payment over the phone is the manager. I wanted to pay for it for me and my grandson. I wanted my daughter to pick it up on their way here. Now she has to pay for it, and I have to get cash to pay her back. The reason is archaic..he is the only one allowed to take personal info over the phone. To my knowledge every pizza place has been doing this for years. And, the boy on the phone was rude about it!!
I have been going to this specific location for the past 10 years and always had good service. But within the past few months it’s gotten progressively worse to the point that I refuse to go. Every time my wife or I have went to pick up pizza about 8 times in the last couple months, the employees were beyond rude. The most common experience are the girls behind the counter roll their eyes at me when I walk in, tap a pen in an annoyed fashion whole I look at the menu, or give me an attitude if I had any question at all. Whoever owns this place needs to get it figured out, because as a lifetime customer you have forever lost me and I will also be posting this to Facebook and letting everybody I know become aware. No customer should be treated the way your employees treat people. Actually let me rephrase that, no human being should be treated the way your employees treat people. Also tell them to start wearing mask, that is completely irresponsible that your allowing them to talk, cough, and make pizzas without a mask.
Delicious. They had my pizza ready in half the time I was quoted. The Big Murphy pizza is a stuffed pizza with a perfect combination of veggies and meats. The s'mores bar tastes like a chocolate chip cookie with marshmallows on top.
It's ok. The pizza is delicious. The service left something to be desired though. We had ordered online and we're a little late picking it up so everything should have been made. But when we got there the guy told me there were salads in the cooler, I had to inform him there were not and ended up having to wait 10 min for one to be made.
Go to another location! They have no idea what they are doing at this location. Except the one and only female employee that evening Went to pick up an online order and found out they hadn't even started the order because they were " out of large thin crust" on a Friday when they were running a special on large thin crust pepperoni. They did have Family and medium thin crust so why didnt they just substiture a family size for the large and call the order good? What's the deal? Somebody messed up! Took us over 45 mins to get the order made. What's the good of online ordering if you have to wait like you just placed the order when you got there?. Boycotting this location. Still like Papa Murphy's. Will go to alternate location in future.
