I've never had a bad experience in the 10+ years I've been ordering. Pizza has always came hot and fresh and the breadsticks are the best in town. The week before this order I placed an order online and unfortunately the delivery time was too long, I called them and got the order canceled with no issue.Takeout: YesDelivery: Yes
Good buffalo wings! Fresh and hot out of the oven, the only downside is they could’ve added a little more Buffalo sauce to my wings but I will be eating there again. The blue cheese is delicious too.
Terrible Customer Service. Took 2 hours to receive pizzas I ordered as a thank you to my staff. Half of which were ready to leave for the day before the pizzas ever arrived. I called to ask about rectifying the situation and the GM was very rude and told me "just because I'm busy doesn't mean I give out free pizzas". As someone who works in customer service I was not impressed with the way it was handled or his attitude. And as someone who orders very large amounts of pizzas for large team events multiple times a year I will be bringing my business elsewhere after this experience. No reason to be rude.
Got placed on hold many times when they told me my order was delivered but nothing was delivered. Impossible to submit feedback as their system is automated and won’t let you speak to an actual human. Charged my card but no one would issue me a refund.
I order carry out from this specific location several times a month. Every time the crew is courteous and the order is always on point. When i pick it up the service is friendly and my pizza is hot and ready. This crew rocks it! Great job! -Cody
What a terrible place. They took forever to get my doordash order out while they disregarded myself & all the other customers waiting. I will not be delivering food from Papa John’s again!

Ordered pizza through Pappa John's app and picked it up for carryout. Process was quick and easy. Store was clean and plenty if staff working on getting order completed. This location does have a small table and a couple seats if you need to wait for the pizza to come out of the oven. Pizza was prepared and up to expectations. Our family loves the garlic dipping sauce.
Non-delivery employee blocking the circle drive parking between the building and parked cars on the west side. I had to wait for a customer to back out, then back out myself after picking up my order. She said that is employee parking. Does it make sense for a hundred people to make an exception for one employee? This is not a parking space. I doubt I would have that issue picking up my pizza next time, from Casey's.
I don't order from here very often and I remember why. They mess something up every time. Last time it was my order. This time they said roughly 30 minutes and it took over an hour. Only upside was getting my one large pizza correct.
