Papa John's Pizza

Downtown Louisville half mile from shop. Told 30 minute delivery, didn't expect that but double thats fine...Get a call over an hour later, too late to get kids food elsewhere, that it's going to take 3 more hours. So 4+ hours total and almost 2 am if they actually brought it

Their employees are nice, understanding, and very patient. Their pepperoni pizza is amazing

Took 2 hours to get pizza and no one would answer the phone at the store so I could cancel. I am stuck waiting til midnight for food.

Always got my order dun correctly. Tastes delicious!!!

I would had gave them 5 star but it took 1.5 hours from phone order to my door to get it. Doordash driver said only 2 people were working. But my pizza's were made to perfection and well worth the wait.

Waited on hold to try to place an order for over 30 minutes, nobody ever answered the phone! Horrible service
