I placed an online order to be picked up at 3:45 and wait till 4:15 to pick it up. They were very busy because it is obviously a $10 large pizza Tuesday. The pizza is very good. I would give them five stars but because of the wait I cannot do so. Food is awesome Pizza is great but if someone's to order at early in the day they should have that food ready for them when they get there on time. I know that they're busy on Tuesdays but when you order at 12 for 3:45 you shouldn't have to wait till 4:15 to pick that up. Enjoy and understand that you're going to wait on their $10 Tuesdays.
I went to pick up some pizzas for dinner yesterday, and there was a sign cash only. I was a little confused, but I still walked in. This lady who works there kindly explained that the credit card machine was not working hence cash only and they could only accept online orders. All of the employees were super BUSY!! There were about 20-30 pizzas waiting to be picked up and a lobby FULL of customers. Myself and another customer were struggling with the website because it malfunctioning also. This same employee lady stopped everything she was working on to assist us with placing the order online. The customer service from all of the employees was so superb. Thank you to everyone at Papa Murphy’s on South 60th street.
If I could give a 0 rating, I would and only for the fact that a senior manager will end up seeing this. I am generally worried for the employees at this location. I walked in for my online order which was to be ready by 5:05pm and I didn't get my order until almost 5:40pm. I'm not upset about the wait to get my order, I am upset for the lack of help for the young lady working by herself. I walked in and there was 6 people waiting in the store; 1 was an online order. This store is running on bare bones and needs help from higher up management to either close earlier or get staffed. Period. It's not fair to these employees to have to be stressed liked that. They ran out of medium and large pizzas and weren't trained to make mini murphs?! Get it together for your employees sake.
Tired of this store always closing early. Sucks my kids wanted a heart pizza after hockey practice. 6:35 and the open sign is off, only open for pick up orders, no walk in business. This is not the first time this has happened at thos location. Just change your hours til 6:30 and stop pretending you are open until 7.Food: 5/5
I am disabled and must order through DoorDash. After placing my order, 3 delivery people were replaced and finally Papa Murphy's cancelled my order because they didn't have some items. All I ordered was a Cowboy pizza. At 5pm on a Saturday you're out of items? I call BS. Be sure I will tell people to avoid this location.
Very dirty restaurant, long hair not tied back while making food, one cashier and same person making food and she she did not wash her hands. No medium crust, had to have large crust would not even discount the order. Very disappointed! Very unfriendly.. I have not been there in years, I will not return to this establishment.Food: 1/5
Noon on Sunday. Pizza maker was in a huge rush. He had his jacket on and hair hanging down in the food area. The lobby area is in serious need of cleaning. The floor is disgusting. The pizza was wrapped haphazardly and half the plastic blew off before I got to the car. For $18. a pizza should be made with more care and customer service.
The chain changed something with their crust...used to be thin and crispy now it's doughy thick n gooey...and I removed it from its base after 10min... I find less cheese and toppings. I'm done with papa murphys. Covid had changed the quality in everything!!! The employee was super nice no issues there but the crust was ew and $44 for 3 medium pizzas and 2 2liters...I'm good
Besides it was overpriced for a salad. I could have went to grassroots if I was going to spend $10 but was a plus cause I spent food stamps.Recommended dishesItalian Salad
Josh deserves a raise. Went to pick up a pizza tonight 7/15 and it turns out that Josh was the only one who showed up to work. He still had a smile on his face and a very pleasant attitude.
