Pizza Hut

I haven't ordered food from pizza hut in a couple of years and thought to give it a try sibce i was at work and couldn't find any other delivery option. The pizza melts I ordered wasn't cut right! It was cut like I would cut it for a child with less meat and more cheese. It's like they were rushing to make it. The boneless wings were good but they didn't give me any sauce that I ordered with it! I guess I'll go back to not eating from this establishment again.....a waste of $28.00!!

Ordered pizza for a play date and it never came. Was told they didn’t have a driver and doordash refused the order. Waited two hours with no call or contact from the establishment and they had no intention of delivering our food. No intention of delivering our food but absolutely no intention of refunding our money either.

Employees were great, although the delivery driver has his backseat completely full of garbage up to the windows. I'm glad I decided to pick up my food. I would not want my food riding with all that garbage. Who knows what's hiding in there.

Overall, this Pizza Hut is extremely disorganized and the service is extremely slow. I placed an order for a medium pizza and wings for delivery today around 3:08 PM. According to the tracker, it was estimated to be between 25 - 35 minutes for the delivery. The deliver driver did not arrive until around 4:35 PM. When the food arrived, the wings were soggy and cold. I called the restaurant around 4:15 PM and asked for an order delivery update. The worker stated that the delivery worker had just started working at 4:00 PM and that our order would be one of the first ones to get delivered. When the delivery driver arrived, he called me and asked me to grab the food from his car since he had a "bad leg". His car was extremely dirty, and the fact that my food sat in there for who knows how long made me nauseous. It is understandable that they are short staffed, but waiting over an hour and half for food and not being provided with an update is unacceptable.

Food was terrible and always has been every time I’ve ordered there. I live down the street from them but I’d rather drive to the 76th street location because THAT location is consistently good. Do not eat here unless you absolutely have no other option. Worst Pizza Hut in Milwaukee county. You’d be better off just getting frozen pizza from the Walmart a block away.

Some needs to reach out to me from this store! I’ve tried calling numerous times and it says the number is disconnected! The service I received was completely unprofessional and he was rude! I’m so disappointed in the service I’d go to the store but I just had surgery! I would love to hear back from someone to discuss my experience

I always carry out, workers are chill, efficient, and make my order right. I think these bad reviews come from deliveries that happen to miss something. Maybe it’s peak busy hours and they are just leaving reviews about this place. I always enjoy this location

We get PIZZA HUT for our daughter. Food and service is consistently good. good. Reward system is good for free food.

Order from some where else, here is why: I have placed a large order online for delivery mistake. They could have selected a sharper driver. The delivery driver was missing a pizza out 6. When I asked about it, he said that I should call the store 2nd mistake. I should have rejected the order all together. I tried to call the store, no answer. Tried to call the customer service, directed to a website. I filled the form, I got an email from the state manager, asking me to call the store again. None sense. I responded to manager and asked her to have the store manager call, it is their fault. Off course, no body called me. I’m committing to Papa John pizza. Pizza Hut doesn’t know how to conduct business or keep customers happy.

I came on here to say what a great experience I had here and saw all the bad reviews. Maybe they are turning over a new leaf or we just got them on a slow night. Anyway… our order was done 10 min early and was fresh and hot. It was delicious. I hope this continues!
