The worst customer service. People working there act like or don’t actually know what they are doing . I don’t want to judge but it’s only pizza it can’t be that hard . Felt like they wanted me to read their minds I didn’t appreciate that . And on top of 3 illiterate people working they still got my order wrong 3 times. Love papa murphys , but this experience makes me never want to come back to this location.

This was a first time experience. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The pizza was very tasty but a little expensive considering you have to cook it. I will come again. I recommend this location. Vegetarian options: Buyer gets to choose ingredients including dairy free cheese. I'm not vegan but I believe you can have vegan pizza. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access including ramp into store sidewalk.
Was trying to use my rewards I was telling the clerk that I was having trouble with putting in the rewards. He wasn't listening to me. He cashed me out I said that I couldn't get my rewards to go in. He said oh it's to late. I spent over 60 dollars on pizza and salads. I looked for a name tag he wasn't wearing one.
Really enjoyed the pizza. Plenty of ingredients. Can pick the pizza up early. Pop I the oven when people are hungry.
I live in Gallup where there isn't a Papa Murphy's. Every time I go to Albuquerque, I stop here to take several pizzas home. Great pizza at a great price. They also freeze beautifully.
I ordered a papa's favorite keto friendly crust less pizza with added pineapple, tomatoes, and extra cheese but all I got was a bowl of cheese, tomatoes, and pineapple FOR $17!!! I have gestational diabetes and this really ruined my night as I have no dinner now. Completely disappointed
Called to place order. Took a few minutes to place order with very friendly "operator". When order was placed, I was asked to hold on because she needed to check with workers out front to make sure they received the order.I thought that was odd, but took her at her word. Several seconds later I could hear talking going on at the other end, and then a male voice came on line stating that he heard I wanted to place an order. I replied that I had already placed an order. He said that unfortunately since it was already 10 minutes to closing, they would not take any more orders for the evening. I'm a little upset and disappointed, and also hungry. I did let the male worker know that I wished that they would have let me know that before spending 10 minutes on the phone ordering. But the worst part of the whole thing was him saying " I dont know why the operator sent you to me. It's all so confusing." So in other words, he was throwing her under the bus. And that was that.
