Papa Murphy's

Always great quality of food, and normally very quick. The last trip there was a line, and appeared to be under staffed for the dinner rush. Not enough seating for everyone waiting. I wish all the menu items were posted, as I had to go to the website to figure out what I was looking for.Food: 5/5

I never leave reviews , but I did just leave this Papa Murphys very unhappy. I gave myself an extra 10 mins for pickup and prepaid and arrived to a very moody girl who was short and rude to my boyfriend and pizza not ready and a missing item, then who refused to solve a refund in any other way than to leave a note for a manager who would be there in a few days. No effort in customer service or solutions. Snotty , moody and very rude. I work in restaurants, a manager will fix this and hopefully this person will learn something about customer service.

Manager was nice and helpful, so were the other two workers who made my pizzas. One pizza for him, one gluten free pizza for me. Turned out just right and since I have a pizza pan at home I was able to cut my two pizzas in two and cook at same time. The pans that came with folded over the leftover pizza for storage. Affordable way to get the pizza fix. I recommend. We're going to come back.

I'm not sure what say about this place. I come from the east coast . Where you want pizza to go you don't want to have to go pick it up then cook it. That is the hole reason for ordering a pizza not to cook it at least. Than for the price what the fu.. . I have had better frozen pizza. .

Good customer service, and the Tuesday pizza deal is a steal! Masks required and hand sanitizer dispenser available for your convenience.

Ordered here twice and each time they have messed up either the size and ingredients. On top of that I received some free hair in my pizza. Hairnets and attention to details would do wonders!

They are just an over all great place to get pizza. The staff they have right now are polite and courteous. My pizzas both of them were excellent!

There was a time when Papa Muphys was a great value with nice folks. That time is over. Over priced low quality product and poor service now rule the day here and its a sad day indeed. It was a good run but I can now buy similar quality cooked at a similar price point, delivered, with better service from any given national chain. The audacity to default to a 15% tip ordering online is bizarre and a very bad sign. I default to 20% in any restaurant assuming I sit, have my order taken, have my food prepared and brought, drink topped off, or if you cook it and bring it to my livingroom. 20% no questions asked. They HAND YOU A RAW PIZZA WHY WOULD THAT EARN A 15% TIP? OR ANY TIP? I don't understand what is going on here.

I totally used to love this location, it’s convenient, by my house, however the last two times I’ve came to this location there’s been a problem. Last time they double charged me then I had to wait three days to get my money back and this time I ordered my food I was the only one in the store so I was the first order in a family comes in behind me order salads they make all Of the salads from scratch for the people that came in after me before they made my pizza which took them all of two minutes. I am seriously irritated and it just so happens to be the same woman that charged me twice and told me that I had to wait for a manager because she didn’t know if I was being honest. Is this because I’m black? Why am I being treated so poorly?

We love it here! The staff is always friendly and the pizza is even better. The best part is watching the pizza being made right in front of you. This is a place I grew up eating at as a kid and I still love it! I enjoy creating my own pizza and all the other options as well. We love taking it home and cooking it and it's so tasty!
