Came here for the first time today, Mother's Day, we all loved the food and the service was amazing!! Our server, Ammar, is one of the best servers we have ever had. His recommendations were great and he was so open and honest about what he preferred on the menu. He even made us laugh a lot. We will definitely be coming back to this location because the service was brilliant and the food was amazing as well !!

I have invited a group of 12 people last Saturday, Two were visitors from overseas and I have never been so embarrased in my life. I ordered four large mix family platters. They were served in 10 - 15 minute intervals. So we would finish one and wait till the next one came, which makes absolutely no sense at all. The kabob was burnt on the sides, had to ask for bread "They used to serve fresh bread frequently", The meat and spinach pies were good and tasty but that was it. I can't see myself going back again after being a customer all these years. Looks like this place is heading down.

We recently came to your restaurant with a large group for a going away party. We arrived at 11:45 and were for the most part all present and accounted for. The waiter came and took everyone's order and all tables have table numbers on them so we thought this should be good. Well when the food started coming out it was a mess. No one knew where orders were going. Combinations of plates were wrong and things were not well organized. In the end we had folks that were still waiting for their food while others were paying and not even as much as a sorry from the staff. Also need to comment on the portion to cost piece. I had the chicken skewers with rice and a side fatoush. $16 or more for the skewer dish and about $8 for the salad, for what I got it was seriously overpriced. I will never go back to your restaurant again and many of my colleagues said the same thing.

Good food. I think their breakfast menu needs to be enhanced. In general I like this place. Lunch or dinner menu is fantastic, they have one of the best mix grilled, and Lebanese appetizers. the place is popular so you better book your table, unless you don't mind a non desired table or some waiting. in general, it is a very good place to dine in Toronto

Horrendous service and food. This place was good when it first opened but as time progressed the food has gotten worse as well as the service. Came here with my family of 5 we ordered 5 plates the first 3 plates come within 5 minutes of ordering while the other 2 came 25 minutes later. doesn't make any sense to me at all why a restaurant would serve the same table at completely different times. the quality of the chicken was bad. looks like it had been sitting there for over an hour and was very dry. never will come to this place again.
