We had a great experience with ParCare for COVID-19 test. We called the clinic at 6pm to inquire about the test, and luckily they are still open and accept walk-ins. The clinic is super new and clean. The front desk ladies are EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL. Since we need the test in 46 hrs and they gently offered us express result. We did both the swab and blood test. The doctor is surprisedly nice and patient! Most importantly, we get the swab result in the 36hrs through email and also paper copy; the blood results comes out within 40hrs, which will take more than 5-7 weekdays in other places. The only thing that can be better is the office hour. We started to calling the office for the test result at 9am we find the hours on their website and 40mins later, still no one pickup the phone. So we walked to the clinic, and picked up the result from the front desk, but have no idea why they didn’t answer the phone. Nonetheless, the overall experience is great! And highly recommended!
terrible! I always problems with the prescriptions! I had to call everyday for 3 days to try to resolve the problem. need to lower my expectations because it’s a clinic :
My first and worst experience: I am in the middle of a medication and needed a refill. The doctor was not available to see me for a week and yet they still refused to give me a refill I had scheduled another appointment. Furthermore, after multiple phone calls someone said they would take care of it, but the pharmacy didn't receive the prescription. When asked to talk to the doctor, the office called back at the end of the day to say the doctor can't talk. Awful service, they obviously don't care about their patients at all
Would not recommend to anybody. Went there for a foot appointment. Ended up doing some blood work tests on the side and they refused to give me my test results I called several times and they never called me about my results once and told me I wasn't allowed to get them unless my doctor told me them first. paid the lab bills and everything already but not once did they call. The work they did on my foot was horrible and painful. the pain lasted for a month.
Five stars to the dermatology department at Parcare! Dr Winzelburg is a very personable, kind and attentive physician. Melissa is the sweetest- and her dimples too.'' Sasha is also super patient, along with the receptionist at the desk. Overall I had a really pleasant experience and would recommend everyone looking for dermatology services to attend this office.
Claimed they lost medical papers they sent to a company in california,so they had to retake the blood test. But the real reason they wanted I should come again so they could bill the insurance again and once they got it they couldn't email the papers and I have to see the doctor in person so they could bill insurance. Beware fraud don't use this place they will try book As much as appointments so they could bill you or your insurance. It's not about health it's all about how many times they could bill you or insurance.
Great place, love the service, I did both COVID19 testing and regular doctors visit and staff was very nice and quick.
Parcare Medical did COVID testing in my neighborhood at one of the local schools. I went there to get testing done. It was advertised as free COVID testing for the community. When I went I was asked to give my insurance info. There was no signs anywhere about which insurance they accepted. So I asked the Physicians Assistant who was performing the test if the test was really free. She told me I might get a $50 bill from the lab if they didn't accept my insurance. So I told a volunteer there "I thought this was free." She said it is free, let me get the manager from the lab. "The manager from lab came and told me that I might get a bill, but not to pay it if I get a bill. I know how unpaid medical bills can affect credit so I wasn't going to do that. I said" I don't even want to get a bill". He said "If you don't want to get a bill, then you shouldn't get tested." I left. I later wrote about this incident on Facebook and Whatsapp. A volunteer from this organization convert shamed me said since I am a Jewish convert my word is no good and called me a liar and said I caused a scene there really professional of her right. I didn't cause a scene I just said I didn't want to recieve a bill and I left. I also saw a volunteer maybe the same volunteer from this organization shaming other people who went to this school testing event on Twitter. This organization's workers seem to have no respect for their patients. And they seem to not be following the government's rules about FREE COVID tests. It seems like a scam to me.
everyone here kept trying to get me to do a rapid covid test when i came in for a regular covid test since i do not have insurance. the person swabbing me walked in and said she was going to do two tests, and i had to repeat myself that i do not have insurance and came for a regular test. i never got my results. it's been two weeks. waste of time.
Piss poor customer service, especially in the billing department. Sends patients my mother for unnecessary tests just so they can double bill the insurance companies. Hendy and Zuri....nasty attitudes for women. They cater to their own kind....no one else.
