Park Lane Seaport

Currently live in Park Lane and had an issue with my Dishwasher. Reudal and James were able to quickly resolve the issue and were very polite the entire time. I've lived in complexes where the service was rude to put it bluntly but I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful Reudal and James were.

HIGHLY recommend James D. from the maintenance team - exceptional service, extremely professional, outstanding work. Completed the job on time and went well above my expectations!

Recently moved in at Park Lane, and everything has been great so far! Love the unit, concierge service, Amazon hub easy if you order Amazon packages often, and maintenance service. Edward was helpful with all of the paperwork and answering any questions that came up.

James Doyle with maintenance is really great and easy to deal with and extremely prompt with any apartment related concerns. Very pleased with his service!!

Park Lane Seaport has been wonderful since we moved in. Ed in the front office has especially been helpful and quick to respond to questions with support. Everyone in the building has been friendly and helpful! We absolutely recommend living here.
