The Benjamin Seaport Residences

The Benjamin is the best luxury rental building in the Seaport. It’s in the perfect location in the heart of the vibrant waterfront district, surrounded by some of the cities best restaurants, retail and unique modern culture - a short walk to downtown, conveniently positioned 2-3 minutes from all major highways heading north, south or west. The leasing staff is smart, attentive, and care tremendously about both the building and the satisfaction of its residents. They work seamlessly with the maintenance staff, concierge and local community partners to ensure a life at the Benjamin is enjoyable, safe, clean, and programmed to provide top notch amenitized city living. It exemplifies what managed luxury rental apartments should be - it has no equal in the seaport, and few in all of Boston. The view ain’t too bad either!

I can’t say enough good things about The Benjamin. I have lived here for over a year and 1/2 and resigned for another 15 months. I have toured all the buildings in the Seaport and between the location, amenities, staff, and units, the building has the most to offer. The location is perfect and is walking distance to all the restaurants, grocery stores, dog parks, etc. The amenities are great between the pool, the gym, and areas to work on the 4th floor. The leasing office always puts together different events for the residents. The team here leasing office team, maintenance, and concierge desk are always very friendly, quick to respond, and fix/accommodate anything you need.

Living at the Benjamin is not only living in a 5star building amenities are great, units are beautiful and location is the best. More than that, living at the Benjamin it is having the chance to share every good morning's and every good evening's with the welcoming team at the Benjamin Entrance; it is to share some times with the most professional, charming leasing and management team that we have ever met; it is to share a few moments with the technical team for sure we do not see them a lot there is never a problem LONG STORY SHORT: CHOSE THE BENJAMIN ... and to Jen and Jean: we love You guys.

I just moved in to the Benjamin about a month ago. Until now the experience has been amazing. The move-in process is painless. Lyndsey is great and guided me throughout the whole process, making it seamless and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier.

We chose The Benjamin for its location and views - which are amazing - but a real surprise has been the great employees. From leasing, maintenance, concierge and doorman, everyone is very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our decision.

I have rented at the Benjamin for 2.5 years, and recently signed a 15-month renewal. After touring numerous apartment buildings in the Seaport, I concluded that the Benjamin had the best location, best amenities, best services, best finishes, etc. Since living here, I have found the building to be meticulously maintained and cleaned. It is quiet, which is important in a pet-friendly building. The management team, Lauren, Jennifer, and Lindsey, are professional, friendly, and responsive, as is the maintenance team, JG, JS, and JP. The doorman, Jean, is a gem. The Benjamin is a great place to live!

Just wanted to give a great shout out to The Benjamin Seaport. In particular their service team Jonny and Jason. I had a small issue as is normal in any building and the guys were right on it and resolved the problem right away. In other buildings I’ve had to wait as much as a week to get some thing resolved but these guys were on at the same day. Anytime I change air filters no more than willing to do that. In addition to that the building He’s always making renovations such as renovating the elevators. Hosting comedy shows providing us with booze and alcohol in the lobby how many random day just because. Also there is a doorman his name is G He’s one of the kindest people in the whole city and it’s always nice to come home to a welcoming smile and a friendly face. Great job Benjamin!

I moved into the Benjamin in October and it has been amazing. Lyndsey made the application process super simple and stress free, the best!!! The amenities, apt, location and everyone in the building have been fantastic. I highly recommend. Thanks to all!

The leasing team is super accommodating, responsive, and fun and easy to work with! The Benjamin is phenomenal and in a highly desirable location. The floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views are a must-see!

I cannot recommend the Benjamin enough. Not only does it have the best location within the Seaport compared to all of the other managed buildings, but it's just lovely all around! I've been living here for a year and plan to stay for at least two more. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Also, throughout COVID, the management team has been very communicative and open, which made this uncertain time much easier to navigate.
