Park Place at Petworth Metro

I don't have much to add beyond the other reviews already posted. However, the most important thing to know if you decide to live at Park Place is that you should immediately get in touch with the tenants' association, the PPTA. Everyone involved is great and will help you navigate any issues you encounter while living there.

I've live at Park Place for the past 3 years and LOVE the building and location. The property manager and building staff do an awesome job with the upkeep of the building. I love the fun resident socials and meeting my neighbors. It's a great place I'm proud to call home. Two thumbs up!! Ryan

Lovely front desk staff outsourced by contract/agency of some sort? but hands down the worst mgmt company and property manager I’ve ever dealt with in 10 years of renting apartments in DC. You’re much better off going with a Bozzuto property if you’re looking at corporate-run apartment complexes. Run!

Horrendous management company. Don't bother renting here. You'll be disappointed. It actually gets worse when you take things to ZRS's corporate/regional levels. Just do yourself a favor and rent an apartment anywhere but here. Trust me, you'll save yourself the biggest headache ever.
