I have lived at the Paramount for several years.  Petworth Metro is across the street.  A large Safeway grocery store within the same block of this building.  The Paramount staff is very caring and always responds to my needs in a timely manner.

Chris Kearns is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable leasing agent who has so far made my application process very easy. While I do love the Melwood itself and the area it's in, Chris's example of Bernstein's management played a huge part in my decision to apply.

Great apartment! Great location! Great price!
