Parkrose Terrace Apartments

These apartments are clean and well keep. I have new windows, refrigerator, and stove. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. When I had an emergency and went a month with no income the landlord hooked me up with resources to pay my rent for me that month. Courtyard is well kept, mowed weekly in the summer, and all of our tenants share it and get along, we watch out for each other. Only place I could find that is affordable on SSI alone if I have to. Electric is only about 50/60 bucks a month, and my apartment is automated with a lot of electronics, Alexa, smart lights and locks etc... So that's pretty efficient too. All in all I say good luck finding anyplace better on this kind of budget. I'm 63 and live alone, this is a great spot for semi or fully retired individuals on a budget.

This place sucks. The management is always drunk. The bushes are not trimmed and well over 10ft tall. The parking lot is disgusting The most getti apartments EVER. The apartment was never even clean when i moved in. It has mold. Almost all of them have mold. They never fix anything. I have filled out seceral wirk orders and i dont get a phn call back.

Assigned parking for under $600 monthly, not the Hilton but everything works and neighbors for the most part mind their own business.
