Parkside Child Development Center

My boys have attended Parkside for over 2 years. I had a bad experience at their last daycare and was welcomed with open arms by the lovely directors and teachers. I appreciate how great their communication skills are and how much they love my kiddos! They really make it feel like home!

My kids have been attending Parkside for a year now. To say I love it would be an understatement. Each teacher is passionate about childcare and education. I was thrilled when they brought pre-k to their facility, and that two of their existing staff members would be running it. My son gets so excited to come home and tell me what he had learned that day. My youngest has been there since she was 9 weeks old. Both the morning and afternoon teachers have spoiled her with love and affection, and treat my son like gold as well. I never feel as if the staff is being insincere or fake when speaking with them. I have become friends with most the staff and we laugh and chat every time I pick up and drop off my kids. To the people who commented prior: If your kids have NEVER been bit at daycare... play the lottery. Kids bite from ages 1-3... it just happens. Also, I'm GLAD my kid comes home dirty. This means they were active during the day and having fun.

My daughter has been going since she was 18 months old, she's 4.5 now and in the pre-k program. The majority of classroom staff communicates very well and provides a great curriculum. The kitchen staff is amazing and my kiddo is constantly talking about the yummy food!

My boys were repeatedly picked on during their stay there. One of the most telling thing is how one of the instructors would basically make fun of my oldest's decision to not eat meat. They would suspend children for what a child psychologist would call typical behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, I had to take my son to urgent care after shoving a stone up his nostril. It seems that there was little supervision in this place.

Absolutely incredible child care! This facility is much more than just daycare. They use a cirriculum to teach the kids. Also I am very impressed with the food menu and snacks. The staff seem to enjoy working with kids and are very good. My two children love going to this facility and I feel comfortable leaving them without worry. I highly recommend this facility!

My son has been here for two years. I think it is a decent place. The teachers work hard to create a good environment and learning experiences for the children.
